Zippy has earned her Girl Scout Gold, Venturing Silver and is working on her Sea Scout Quartermaster award. She will have earned the top award in each of these organizations. I don't know of anyone eles that has done this!

When I was 15 my friends and I took a boat for a week and lived on the sandbars. We went through this lock and almost made it all the way to Minnesota.

We took Grandma with us over to Gary and Pam's trailer at Guttenburg IA, on the Mississippi River. It was a nice cool day and Mom was glad to get over and see their new trailer.
