It appeears to be an apartment building fire. Can't really see what is burning, it is behind another building. Notice the burned out shell of the CCTV hotel on the right, I watched that burn 2 yrs ago. Spectacular fire. Bj FD not really very quick to respond, stuck in traffic on freeway.
